Consultation meetings. Teignmouth and Dawlish consultation

We welcome discussion with groups of up to six people whether you are neighbours, friends or family. You don’t have to be a formal community group to meet with us and share your views.

We can set up an online video meeting and send you a link so that you can have your say safely.

Online Meetings

To avoid the risk associated with public meetings and to save people travelling, live meetings will be held online, with the opportunity for people to ask questions and air their views in real time.

Meetings will start at the time given above. Meetings may end before the above finish time if the business of the meeting is concluded.

How to join an online meeting

Online meetings will be held via Microsoft Teams.

You can join for free, and there is no need to buy any software.

If you are joining a Microsoft Teams meeting for the first time, we recommend allowing at least 15-minutes before the start of the meeting to make sure everything is working.

To join a meeting, you need to click on a joining link.

If you have registered in advance for the meeting via the website, you will also have been emailed a joining link that you can use. It’s fine to share a joining link with others if you’d like to
