Consultation document and survey

The Consultation Document is the best place to start to find out about the consultation and the proposal. It explains the background to the consultation, the reasons for change and the gives details of the proposal.

The survey is one of the main ways we are gathering the feedback of local people on our proposal. For ease and speed, complete the survey online – click here

Health and Wellbeing Centre

Although we’re not consulting on building a new health and wellbeing centre, we’re providing information about it as context. The documents below show some more details about the centre, due to be built in Brunswick Street, Teignmouth.

Business Case

Below is a copy of the pre-consultation business case, sometimes known as the PCBC, from February 2020. The original consultation period was due to take place in spring 2020, but was postponed as the COVID-19 pandemic took hold. Also provided here are appendices. The Communications Plan appendix has been updated to reflect the revised approach to the consultation that we are taking to try and keep everyone safe with COVID-19 still circulating.
